Storm Creek’s 12th annual Warehouse Sale is back! Come shop sustainable apparel at our best deals of the season. And guess what? Every purchase YOU make contributes to one of our charitable partners (who says shopping can’t be philanthropic?).

What is the Warehouse Sale?
Our annual Warehouse Sale is one of only two chances each year that we open our doors to shop in person at Storm Creek. Expect our best-selling garments at exclusive prices—up to 80% off!—plus, limited-edition Mystery Boxes and Bargain Bins (more on these later).
Here’s what you need to know:
Bargain Bins
Our Bargain Bins are where the real deals live. With items priced at $15 and $25, you’ll want to bring your best digging skills. No need to overthink—just grab and go.
Mystery Boxes
If you love a good surprise, our Mystery Boxes are calling your name. Each box features three items tailored to the same gender, size, and season.
We have lightweight Mystery Boxes selling for $49.99, midweight Mystery Boxes selling for $59.99, and heavyweight Mystery Boxes selling for $69.99! The total value of the three items included vary from $145 to $250. It’s no wonder these limited-edition surprises are so popular.

The 2024 Warehouse Sale runs from November 1-9. You can come shop in person OR online.
In person shopping days and hours are:
- Friday, November 1 from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday, November 2 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Friday, November 8 from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday, November 9 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

How to shop if you aren’t local: Pop online from November 1-9 and get the same deals!
Partner Collaborations
At Storm Creek, giving back to our communities is at the heart of what we do. The Warehouse Sale is no different—it’s our chance to scale up our impact. We’ve set an ambitious goal to donate $5 million to charity by 2030. To reach this milestone, we’re partnering with organizations that mean a lot to us. We are so excited to have some of them join us at our Warehouse Sale this year!
We will have a partner present at every day of our sale:
Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities
Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities is dedicated to mentoring youth in our community, offering free arts programs and a college readiness program. They will be onsite with us October 30th during our VIP Night (see below for more info)!
Ronald McDonald House Upper Midwest
The Ronald McDonald House Upper Midwest provides support for families who have seriously ill or injured children. They will be onsite at the Warehouse Sale November 1.
We're also excited to have Cruisin’ Fresh food truck joining them that day, proving that good food and good causes go hand in hand.
In addition, we're proud to provide jackets to The House That Love Built.
Eagan Community Foundation
The Eagan Community Foundation addresses community needs in various ways, including a scholarship program and community grant program, while also fighting homelessness in the city of Eagan. They will be onsite November 2.
Tee It Up for The Troops
Tee it Up for The Troops raises awareness and support for America’s military veterans through outreach programs, golf events, and fundraisers. They will be onsite November 8, offering giveaways and lapel pins based on branch of service.
On this day, if you pick Tee It Up for The Troops as your charity of choice to donate 10% of your sale to, you will receive a Chick-Fil-A gift card for a free meal!
Oh, and Veterans get $10 off $50 or more on November 8 and 9.
The Bond Between
The Bond Between focuses on animal well-being by rescuing animals and connecting them with fosters and adoptive families. This organization will be onsite November 9 from 10:00 AM– 12:00 PM, bringing some furry friends for you to meet. Get ready for some serious cuteness!
VIP Ticket
Do you want to be one of the first people to shop the deals before the Warehouse Sale opens up to the public – if so, buy a VIP Ticket!
This ticket is for October 30 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. All ticket proceeds will go directly to Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities, which makes this night even more special.
