How can I set up a return?

If you're looking to start a return, please click here. Enter the email address associated with your order and the order number (located on your packing slip).

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns of regular price or discounted items for a refund or store credit (via eGift Card) within 30 days of purchase with a valid packing slip. All items must be unworn, clean, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached. 

Mystery Boxes, Curated Boxes, Warehouse Sale items, items marked final-sale, custom decorated apparel, and charity products are not eligible for return. Face masks are also not returnable.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item using the return process listed above and place a new order for the item you would like. If we don’t have your size or color in stock, please select a different product. Any sale price will be adjusted at the time of fulfillment of your new item. Please send an email to info@stormcreek.com to alert us of your new order. Mystery Boxes and Warehouse sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

What carrier do you use for returns?

We use UPS for all returns.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email. 

Refunds/credits are processed within 2 weeks of receipt of your package; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. You'll get an email confirmation when we've initiated a refund.

If your haven't received a refund within 2 weeks of receipt of your purchase, please call us at 651-480-3000 and we'd be happy to look into this for you.

Can I return items purchased from a retailer?

We can only accept returns of products that were purchased on our website. If you purchased your Storm Creek product from a store, then you'll need to arrange your return with that retailer.
