Order Status

How do I access my order information

To access all orders, please create an account or login. All orders, past and present will be stored in our account profile. You can track your order status from your account, as well as update your contact information and shipping address.

My order was incomplete/incorrect or damaged. Now what?

If you received something by error or if you order was not correct or damaged in anyway upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to make it right!

How do I change or cancel my order

Once your order has been placed there is an extremely short window of time whereby we can make a change. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us at (651) 480-3000 as soon as possible.

What if my item is out of stock

While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s). If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).

I did not receive my order. What should I do

First, login to your account and check your order status. If it is still in transit, you can check your order confirmation email for your tracking number, then you can track your order via UPS. You can always call our Customer Experience department at (651) 480-3000 and we can track down your order for you.


What are my shipping options

We offer three shipping methods via UPS, including standard ground (delivery in 5-7 business days), 2nd Day (delivery in 2 business days), and overnight (delivery in one business days). Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the speed of deliver. Periodically, we will offer free shipping promotions with a discount code, or if your order total is over a certain dollar amount specified by the promotion.

Does Storm Creek ship internationally

At this time, Storm Creek only ships to the contiguous United States. There may be additional charges for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us to inquire about other shipping needs outside the United States.

How do I update my shipping address

Create an account or login to your existing account. Your full contact information and shipping address is stored in your profile and can be changed at any time. You will have the option to change to a different shipping address if needed upon checkout.

How do I return an item

Something didn’t work out? No worries — returning items is easy. Please review our return policy to find out if your item is eligible for return. To initiate a return, log into your account (using the same email address you used to checkout) and click on the item to locate your order number. Then, contact us at [email protected] or call (651) 480-3000 to initiate your return.

Do you accept exchanges

Yes, to exchange an item you bought online, please login or create an account (using the same email address you used to checkout), to access your order number. Then, write [email protected] to request an exchange, providing an explanation regarding your issue. Please review our return policy or further return/exchange instructions.

If you’re exchanging an item, keep in mind availability for your desired exchange may differ at the time of processing. If something is no longer available, a customer representative will contact you to select a new item.

I sent my order back, when will I receive a refund

Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving your package. You’ll get an email confirmation when we’ve initiated a refund. International returns will take additional handling time to process.


What payments do you accept

Currently, we accept Storm Creek Gift Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payment options. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted.

Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Once you place your order you may see a pending authorization on your account that is generally removed within 3-5 business days or once your order has shipped and payment has been submitted. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.

All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Do you charge sales tax in my state

Current law allows us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s “ship to” address. Storm Creek follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order. If you have questions about the taxes on your order, please call us at (651) 480-3000.

How do you process payments

Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s). Please note if you placed your order using a gift card, the funds from a canceled order will be held for five business days before being released.

How do you purchase and use gift cards

If you are interested in purchasing a Storm Creek gift card, click here. Gift cards are available online in the following denominations: $10, $25, and $50. Gift cards never expire.

Gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the gift card number during checkout. There is no shipping & handling charge for gift cards delivered via U.S. standard delivery and cannot be sent to international shipping locations. When merchandise is ordered along with gift cards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the merchandise portion of the order – not the gift card. Gift Card Terms. Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Cards issued by Storm Creek are redeemable for merchandise only in the U.S. at or at our annual warehouse sales. Cards may not be used for payment on any credit card account, to purchase another gift card, or toward previously purchased merchandise. Treat the cards as cash. If your card is lost, stolen or destroyed, it may be able to be replaced if you have the card number, and can only be redeemed as a coupon at Cards carry no expiration date. If you are using a public or shared computer, do not choose the ‘Remember Me’ option because it will enable other users of the computer to access your information. For your security, you should always click ‘sign out’, which appears at the top of every screen before you leave the site.

Forgot password

If you have forgotten your password, visit the My Account page and click ‘Forgot your password’ link. If your e-mail address is currently on file, we will send you an e-mail with your password.

How do I see my order history

We’ve made it easy for you to check the status of current orders or view details for past orders. As a registered, signed-in user, you can access your order status and history anytime you wish — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click ‘My Account’, then click ‘Order History’.

Previously placed an order and it’s not showing up in Order History? Try tracking your order by clicking ‘Order Status’ (if you were not signed in when you placed your order initially, it will not display in Order History). Sizing and Fit

How do I care for Storm Creek products

Most of our products can be washed in cold or warm water with like colors, on gentle cycle. Garments can be tumble dried on low heat, but for best results, line dry. Check the care label on the inside of each individual garment for specific care instructions.

What is the sizing of your clothes

We are fit fanatics. Our styles are meant to be layered for optimal comfort indoors and out, which is why our sizes are based on standard retail size scales. View our size charts for specific information and measuring your body.

Lifetime Warranty

How do I make a warranty claim

To request a warranty return, you must submit a warranty claim form – located at the bottom of the shipping and returns page. We will get in touch with you shortly regarding your request. Please include your order number, and be as specific as possible when describing the situation and approximate age of your garment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Expect a response within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

What does lifetime warranty mean

We guarantee that the apparel you purchase will be free of any defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the garment, if used and cared for properly. Should our product fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship, Storm Creek will happily repair or replace defective apparel.


How is Your Apparel Sustainable?

Storm Creek’s Eco-Collection includes a variety of styles containing at least 35% recycled post-consumer waste, made primarily of recycled plastic bottles. Since launching this collection, we’ve saved more than 2.5 plastic bottles from landfills or oceans. We’re continually weaving recycled materials into more and more styles every season. Every product in our line will have a recycled component by the end of 2021.

Are your fabrics Sustainably Sourced?

The sourcing process begins at the fabric mills. We seek only high-quality mills whenever possible as we source raw materials. Many of our mills are Bluesign® or Oeko-Tex certified, which means they focus on sustainable practices, such as water conservation, and use environmentally safe chemicals.

Are Your Factories Certified?

Storm Creek works with some of the top factories in the world. Our owners personally know the factory owners, and they have been selected because our values align. Many of our factories are certified by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) program and Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), and all of them meet the high standards required by some of the best brands in the world.

Do your products contain harmful chemicals?

No. Storm Creek adheres to transparency regarding chemicals used in producing and packaging our apparel. With our factories, we avoid any product that could be deemed harmful or considered a health concern. All Storm Creek materials are Proposition 65 certified, ensuring garments are non-toxic and safe.

How are you Giving Back to the Environment?

Storm Creek has been committed to giving back to the community and the environment. Through our 1% for the Planet membership, we take responsibility for the Earth by supporting organizations that do the important work to create positive environmental change. 1% of every purchase of our Eco-Collection goes to this worthy endeavor.
